When it comes to Urban Dictionary's definition of Albany, it is definitely outdated.  The last time it was updated was in 2009, seven years ago. Here is the latest definition:

Never a dull night. Apparently this was written when Albany had a night-life. Bombers is still lit though.

I think this one might be the best current definition of Albany, but it still needs to be updated.
