The show of support was for a group of American truckers who have made their way across the nation in an effort to bring an end to "unconstitutional mandates."

The group calls themselves the "People's Convoy" and their trek started back on February 23rd in California.

Described as a convoy to "bring back freedoms, our civil liberties, and bring an end to all constitutional mandates," and according to a Facebook post, they were scheduled to meet in Upstate NY at 2 PM on Wednesday at the Exit 21B truck Stop, with a planned leaving time of 330PM.

A message posted on their Facebook page states that "this is about our rights, as well as the freedom of future generations. It's not about political parties, but more so about a government that has forgotten its place and has no regard for our founding father's instructions, The Constitution."

We see dozens of individuals supporting the cause in the photo below taken over I 87, but we were unable to determine how many met up at the truck stop to support the convoy.
