St. Patty’s In The Cap Region

St.Patrick's day is this Saturday March 17th. People all over the cap city rage and turn up the day before and on St.Patrick's Day. You don't even have to be Irish to celebrate the national holiday , wearing green and drinking Geneses will do just fine.

There is some really cool things happening on and around St. Patty's day. If you are in need of some fun things to do to get in the spirit check these out.

1) The 68th Annul Albany's St. Patrick's day parade kicks off at 2pm on Saturday from the corner of Quail and Central to downtown Albany. Free to the public and every one is invited out for some parade fun.

2)   Now you cant do St.Patty's day with out a pub crawl.  From 2-8pm business's  will kick off there  pub crawl an  travel through the Collar City, challenging participants to plot their own course and try one of our many new and exciting businesses while at the same time bringing you back to your all-time favorites. 5$ is the cost to join in on some fun.

3) Whats St.Patty's day with out corn beef and cabbage? If your doing the drinking thing then you will defiantly need something to eat during the fun.  Stop by for some classic corn beef and cabbage at the St.Edwards church in Clifton Park 4-8pm.
