Ch-Ch-Changes are finally coming to downtown Albany parking. Local residents in the downtown area will soon be able to breathe a sigh of relief as parking at home will become less of a headache.

The new system will not allow non-residents to park on streets around the capital for longer than 2 hours on workdays.

Residents will have to apply for a permit stay clear of parking tickets. If you have outstanding parking tickets, you will not be eligible for a permit until the fines are paid. Applications will be accepted beginning in the middle of October.
