Man Arrested For Brandishing A Gun At Mall

Carlos X. Quinones Jr. was arrested by Guilderland Police for menacing a handgun in the parking lot of a local mall on Saturday, Feb. 16., 2019. He was allegedly threatening someone that he knew. He didn't go into the mall with the handgun and no one was injured.

Here is what Times Union reported:

Police responded to a call just before 2 p.m. Saturday from a victim alleging that a man he knew was displaying a handgun in a threatening manner in the parking lot of the mall.

Luckily no one was hurt, what was the purpose of going to the mall with a gun?
