Rapper Jim Jones has been slapped with a lawsuit by producers who invested in a movie about the Harlem native’s vamp life.

According to TMZ, Jones is being accused of launching his Vampire Life clothing line and mixtapes with money that was supposed to be used to produce a movie and accompanying soundtrack.

In the suit, the investors gave Jones $200,000 for the movie project, titled 'Vampire Life III,' but nothing materialized. When they tried to get in contact with the 'We Fly High' rapper, he allegedly stop returning their phone calls and e-mails.

In the end, the backers feel they got duped and want their investment back. They are seeking $700,000 in damages.

No word on how this lawsuit also affects Jones’ fiancee Chrissy Lampkin and business associate Dame Dash who are also partners in the Vampire Life clothing line.

Jim Jones and his attorneys had no comment on the matter.
