While Jay Z celebrated his 44th birthday yesterday (Dec. 4), he also took time out to remember his late friend Pimp C, who died six years ago on Dec. 4, 2007. Hov dropped a remix to his summer hit 'Tom Ford,' which features a verse from the late UGK member.

The last time the two rappers collaborated on a track was on the Timbaland-produced late-'90s anthem, 'Big Pimpin'.'

On the song, which Hot 97's Funkmaster Flex exclusively premiered, Jay's original lyrics stay intact as he celebrates his flyness by not popping mollies but instead he rocks Tom Ford.

Near the end of the track, Pimp C, who passed away due to an overdose of promethazine and codeine syrup, comes in and spits trill rhymes about loyalty, fake people and how he operates when it comes to getting the paper.

"This ain’t no motherf---ing ’91 / We out here rappin' for money / You n----s rappin’ for fun / I don’t f--- with nobody but Bun / Finna give me a million you gotta give him one," he raps.

Take a listen to Jay-Z posthumous duet with the Houston rap legend.

Rest in Peace, Pimp C.
