J. Crew x New Balance 998

If you didn't know J. Crew has a long standing relationship with New Balance that has spawned several no nonsense collaborations that feel fairly inline. This time the two brands kick off a sneaker that could possibly garner a Supreme-sized swarm of people flocking for it.

The New Balance 998 is given a camouflage-friendly feel with its suede and mesh silhouette. The Olive green, forest green, brown and orange color ways all converge along the upper of this model to give it a rugged feel that would give any Timberland boot a run for its money.

There isn't a release date set for New Balance 998 but it will probably pop up quietly on the J. Crew website any day now. We'd recommend setting a google alert and keeping at least $150 liquid in your checking account.
