When can you attend the big hiring event in Newburgh NY? The event will be held on Wednesday October 18, 2023 at the Newburgh Mall, Union Ave in Newburgh NY 12550, from noon to  5 PM.  There are more than 80 employers that are scheduled to attend in career fields ranging from healthcare, distribution, manufacturing, hospitality, transportation, and government, and they will all be hiring for a wide range of positions.

The large hiring event this fall in Dutchess County NY will be taking place at the Poughkeepsie Grand, Market St in Poughkeepsie on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, from 3 PM to 6 PM.

The above hiring fairs, career fairs, job fairs, which ever you want to call them are free for you to attend. There is no charge to apply for these jobs, and you should question a job that is making you pay them to apply.

A few tips to be successful at these hiring events? Come dressed in clean, non-wrinkled clothes. No, they don't have to be your best-est clothes, but be neat, clean and presentable. If you have a resume, bring it and make sure it has your up-to-date contact info. Be ready to ask potential employers questions, about the job they are hiring for plus what benefits they offer their employees. Also, remember to bring a pen.
