Why Did Pinhead Susan's Close Suddenly?

When the Facebook post went up on Monday that Pinhead Susan's had officially closed, owner Joey Faizy explained that the operators of the restaurant weren't the right ones for the establishment.

Well, it’s official!! Pinhead Susan’s is officially closed. The owners were not the right fit for it. Looking for the next person to lease the restaurant and start something new. Possibly a steak house with some renovations and a facelift. Who is looking to lease a fully furnished Restuarant?

Faizy liked the guys who were operating Pinhead Susan's but they were several months behind on their rent and he said the taxes and the mortgage were too much to float for any longer.

Will Pinhead Susan's Have New Owners Soon?

According to the Daily Gazette, you may not see Pinhead Susan's hit the market. That's because the outpouring of interest was overwhelming when the word got out that it closed. But if it does go on the market, it would most likely go up this Friday (April 21st).

What Does Faizy Hope Pinhead Susan's Becomes?

He is really hoping that the next owners start something new. He wants them to put love into it, revamp it, and maybe slightly change the name to "New Pinheads". He does know that the property has value and the location is key too it's between Proctors and Rivers Casino.
