One of our favorite comedians, who also happens to have been born in New York, is returning to Upstate NY this fall for one night - and he has plans to bring a special guest with him.

Adam Sandler returns to Upstate NY

The announcement came last week on Adam Sandler's Instagram page, with a simple caption that read, "Let's have some fun."

The comedic-acting genius behind Happy Gilmore, Billy Madison, The Waterboy and The Wedding Singer, and the Hannukkah Song - just to name a few- is returning to Upstate New York for the “I Missed You” tour.

The Brooklyn-born comic announced 25 shows on his upcoming tour beginning in mid-October and wrapping on December 12th.

His Upstate NY show will be at the Blue Cross Arena in Rochester on Wednesday, Nov. 8 at 7:30 p.m.  Tickets went on sale last Friday, September 15 at Ticketmaster.com

Surprise Guest

According to Syracuse.com, there will be a “surprise guest” opening the show at 7:30 p.m.

In the past, Sandler has had some very high-profile comedians and celebrities open for him such as Chris Rock, Woody Harrelson, Kevin James, and David Spade to name a few.
