Rapper G-Eazy has been making things happen for quite a while. Now the Oakland, Calif., native is headlining his These Things Happen tour next month in support of his upcoming album of the same name.

Joining G-Eazy on the trek are rap upstarts Tory Lanez, Kyle and Maybach Music Group artist Rockie Fresh who appears on the'Been On' remix.

The 40-city North American jaunt launches Feb. 21 in Dallas, TX, with stops in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Denver, Chicago, Cleveland, Detroit, Boston, Philadelphia, New York and Orlando, Fla. The tour wraps up on April 12 in New Orleans.

G-Eazy is not like most rappers. The 24-year-old artist is a graduate of Loyola University New Orleans and soon after college pursued a rap career.

"It’s crazy. I think most people’s careers, they get out of college and they maybe work a part-time job for a while and then they get an opportunity doing something that they really want to do," he tells RESPECT. magazine. "Whereas, me, I literally hit the ground running as soon as I was out of school and all of a sudden, I’m thrown into this world where I’m becoming a professional in my field. So, it was crazy. It all happened so fast, but it’s important to mature with it and learn how to pace yourself and take care of everything."
