Fun In The Capital Region

We all live for the weekends. After a long work week winding down and relaxing may be in some favor but going out for a drink and catching  up with friends and family sounds like an even better plan.

One of my favorite things to do on the weekends is do brunch somewhere locally in catch up with my friends. We also enjoy bowling and since the weather is nice a bon fire and s'mores is always a plus.

Looking to get into something this weekend well check out some fun going on in the capital this weekend.

1) Red White and Brew Fest at Proctors in Schenectady this evening , Kick off your 4th of July the right way.

2) Jump-in Jack's  Fireworks and Ski show tonight. Free Admission.

3) Coca-Cola July 4th fest at Great Escape/Six Flags up in Lake George. Take the kids out for some early fourth of July fun, lots of entertainment going on at Great Escape this weekend

4) Tri-City Valley Cats go head to head with the Hudson Valley Renegades this Saturday at the Joe Bruno Baseball stadium.

5)The perfect way to start your Sundays in Troy. Weekend workout, brunch with friends, browse the shops, enjoy Troy with Fitness in the park.
