Elle Varner Debuts Blonde Hair

Elle Varner isn't afraid to experiment. From curly locks to long, black tresses, 2013 wasn't dull in the hair department. Now she reveals a new blonde style.

Last night (Jan. 15), the 'Perfectly Imperfect' created showed off her golden 'do via Instagram with a selfie. Not only is she blonde, her hair is a lot shorter. However, she carries the new look with confidence.

Varner explains why she decided to go all blonde bombshell with a #tbt (throwback Thursday) post on the photo sharing site.

"#tbt Grammy and Grandpa circa 1950! #truelove #colorblind (one day I will share this deep story in depth)," she captioned the vintage image.

Looks like Elle, who will release her sophomore LP this year, has a few more surprises up her sleeve in 2014.
