Kanye West's acapella "I Love Kanye" from his The Life of Pablo album has been sitting there waiting for producers to add a beat to it. DJ Premier got his fingers dusty diggin' through the crates and gave the freestyle the proper instrumental with his "I Love Kanye (T.L.O.Preemix)."

Providing his signature boom bap sound to 'Ye's vocals, Preem turns the song into something that sounds like it could've landed as an interlude on a Black Moon album. Adding in scratches from Kanye's Late Registration, Premier does enough damage in 90 seconds to have listeners clamoring for an official 'Ye and Premo collab.

Despite being two of the best at what they do, Kanye West and DJ Premier have only crossed paths musically a handful of times during their respective careers. In 2007, Premier produced the remix to "Classic (Better Than I've Ever Been)," which featured verses from 'Ye, Nas, Rakim and KRS-One. The song was released as part of Nike's celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Air Force One sneaker and was nominated for a Grammy in '08.

The two also worked together on Kanye's Graduation album in that same year. Premier provided scratches for "Everything I Am," a song originally meant for Common. Once Com passed on the track, Yeezy and Preemo were able to cook up magic.

Maybe Kanye will catch wind of the producer's "I Love Kanye" remix and jump in the studio with Premier for a song or two. We can only hope.
