DJ Khaled's son is getting his first credit in the music industry before he can even walk. Khaled announced that his son Asahd, who was born in October 2016, will be an executive producer on his upcoming album Grateful.

The announcement took place at a press conference in which Khaled unveiled his next album's title. The Snapchat star revealed the title while holding his son.

"The title of my new album coming out this year, my best work ever, on my momma, on my son: Grateful," Khaled said. "This title means so much to me. Especially coming off Major Key and seeing that love... The message here today is love. Love is the key and love is the answer.”

The press conference was a star-studded affair. Puff Daddy and Chance The Rapper were part of the special event, which was live-streamed on Instagram.

"It's about the evolution of the dream," Puffy said of Khaled's album. "At first it was about the keys... This [album] is about the longevity."

Chance acted as the master of ceremonies of the event. He and Khaled were recently in the studio together, so it looks like their collaboration may appear on Grateful.

“Today is historic,” Chance said. “That’s why you’re all here. I’m here to celebrate and stand in solidarity with a man who’s done historic things time and time again.”
