A couple was asleep inside their home on Moe Road in Clifton Park when their Ring app caught a person walking up to the front door just before 3 a.m. Tuesday. The person covered their face and has what appears to be a knife, then they walk away. It was a scary image shared over social media yesterday of this man, who literally had no fear of trying to burglarize a home.

Fortunately, The Saratoga County Sheriff's office will hold a joint press conference later today with Clifton Park Town Supervisor Phil Barrett to announce that an arrest has been made in the nighttime burglaries investigation, according to News 10.

This is why it is very important to lock your windows and doors no matter what type of neighborhood you think you live in. Reportedly there has been a string of burglaries in that area, which has put residents on alert to add more security to their homes. I’m not quite sure what some of these burglars are thinking, you literally can run up on the wrong house and get shot and killed! Is the desperation that bad? Stay armed and ready folks.
