Albany Area Paper Boy Charged With Arson

A 20 year old paper boy (who most likely lives in his mom’s basement) has been charged with lighting 19 bags of leaves on fire during his route.

The flamer, Anthony Vignola, burned the bags and a county waste bin on Victory Drive and Pfeil Avenue. Residents called the cops and the man was arrested shortly after.

It seems leaves weren’t the only thing ol’ boy was torching, he had a small amount of marijuana on him when he was arrested. Dude has been charged with misdemeanor counts of arson, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief and unlawful possession of marijuana.
