32nd Annual CF Stair Climb Feb 22

The annual CF stair climb is happening Saturday February 22. The climb will take place at the tallest building in Albany the Corning Tower. The Climb will be include 42 floors, 809 steps to the finish line. You can walk alone or in teams or as a rescue unit/ first responder.  Kids are welcomed to join but must be accompanied by an adult.
You know I use to climb 6 flights of stairs with no elevator in my building , and at times that was a bit challenging so to climb 42flights 809 steps and complete the mission now that’s on a whole new level . I praise those that work in jobs like EMT, firefighters , police and more that have to sometimes endure situations that may be a challenge to complete.  For more information on the CF climb and how to be apart of it check here.
