Hip Hop Icon KRS-One To Perform At Albany’s Alive At 5

The annual Alive at 5 Free Concert Series is back for another summer in Albany and will feature a hip-hop legend.

It is an Albany tradition! Free weekly concerts at one of the Capital city's most beautiful settings on the Hudson River.

The Alive at 5 Summer Concert Series 2024 was announced today by the Albany Office of Cultural Affairs. It will feature weekly free shows for all ages from 4:30 to 8pm every Thursday from June 6th through August 4th (Except July 4th) at Jennings Landing. This year's lineup will once again cross all musical genres from Rock to Alternative to Pop and there will of course be a night dedicated to Hip-Hop, featuring an all-time great.

Hot 99.1 Presents KRS-One on the Jennings Landing stage for Alive at 5 on Thursday, July 11th. He will be joined by DJ Show and Ohzhe. You can see the full Alive At 5 Lineup for the summer below!
