14-Year-Old at Shenendehowa High Charged with Felony

As she should! This story really amazes me. What kind of kids are parents raising these days?!

The movement to STOP BULLYING has been going on for years and yet still we have these young kids out here bullying others and breaking the law as well.

If you haven’t been following this story, it’s a sad one, being as though the victim is Autistic. The victim, a Shenendehowa student, was allegedly told by a group of girls in the locker room to send nude selfies to a boy she had a crush on. When the girl refused, one of the girls took photos of the 9th grader anyway and sent them out in a group chat/text body-shaming her. At first, the school took action by suspending the girl who took the pictures, but I’m hearing it was an in-school suspension. What kind of punishment is that?

I’m glad the law got involved because now she has been charged with unlawful surveillance, a felony.

The 14-year-old was processed and released to her parents due back in family court at a later date. Look, it is NEVER OKAY TO BULLY. I hope this 9th grader who was victimized gets the justice she deserves. Parents, we must do better!
