A few jabs at an opposing fanbase can always be fun, especially when you have history on your side. Kansas City Chiefs' fans had to feel particularly confident going into Sunday's game vs. the Buffalo Bills, with their team being victorious in three of the last four meetings between the two AFC powerhouses. That confidence obviously only ballooned when Chiefs' quarterback Patrick Mahomes ended the Bills magical Super Bowl quest in a matter of 13 seconds last January. Well, sometimes over-confidence backfires.

Prior to Sunday's game, Chiefs fan A.E. Newman wrote a joke on a sign and posted it on Twitter, as noticed by friend of The Drive with Charlie & Dan, Matt Parrino of syracuse.com, “What’s the difference between a Buffalo Bill and a Dollar Bill? The Dollar Bill is good for four quarters.” The joke refers to the aforementioned Bills’ playoff collapse with just 13 seconds on the clock at the hands of Mahomes. Here is where literary irony steps in.

With 1:04 remaining in regulation on Sunday, and the Chiefs trailing 24-20, Mahomes got the ball back. However, as Matt Parrino pointed out so well, just 13 seconds after the potential winning drive started for Kansas City, Bills conerback Taron Johnson intercepted a Patrick Mahomes pass to seal the Buffalo Bills victory. So, I guess you could say that a Buffalo Bill and a Dollar Bill are both "good for 4 quarters." There will be more opportunities for jabs between fanbases when these two teams meet again deep in the AFC playoffs in January.

This location is huge with a Sunoco gas station, plenty of seating inside, and food-to-go options including meatballs, macaroni and cheese, pizza, and more!
