10 People Arrested In Cohoes Drug Bust

Members of the Cohoes Police Department have been very busy during the last week searching for drugs. They arrested 10 people last week, and who knows if their search is over.

According to News 10, Officials with the Cohoes Police Department reported that they worked in conjunction with the New York State Police and the (DEA), United States Drug Enforcement Administration, to serve search warrants in three different locations in the Cohoes area on Thursday. Those search warrants paid off big because the department was able to arrest 10 people. All 10 suspects were residents of the City of Cohoes.

According to charging documents, officers were able to confiscate 10 g of fentanyl and 13 g of cocaine. In addition to recovering drugs, police were also able to confiscate a sawed-off shotgun and $9,183 in cash.

Coleen Riley, 32 years old, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant issued by the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Department.

Kayla Perry, 32 years old, was arrested and charged with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was arrested on an appearance ticket and will be required to report to the court at a later date.

Dennya Taylor, 43 years old, was arrested and charged with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was arrested on an appearance ticket and she will be required to report to the court at a later date.

Theresa Wood, 50 years old, was arrested and charged with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was issued an appearance ticket and will be required to report to the court at a later date.

Constantin Crisacho, 43 years old, was arrested and charged with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was arrested and charged on an appearance ticket and will appear in court at a later date.

William Bressette, 55 years old, was arrested and charged with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be required to report to the court at a later date.

Erik Potter, 45 years old, was charged with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was arrested on an appearance ticket and must appear in court at a later date.

William McGovern, 32 years old, was arrested and charged with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was issued an appearance ticket and will be scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

John Bulmer, 50 years old, was arrested and charged with seventh-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and second-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon. He was arraigned in the Cohoes City Court and taken to the Albany County Jail.

Stalin Santos, 26 years old, was arrested and charged with two counts of third-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance and two counts of fourth-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was arraigned in the Cohoes City Court and released on his own recognizance.

Cohoes officials continue to investigate and more arrests may be made in the near future.
