"American Gods" is on Starz and just renewed for a third season which Orlando will not be in. He accused the producers of racism, which is in turn a character he represents on the show that speaks truth about America’s racist past. If you don’t know, his character on this show is impeccable.

Under his character Mr. Nancy, Orlando said "Thank you #AmericanGods fans. I know ya'll have LOTS of questions about the firing," he captioned the tweet. "As always I promise to tell you the truth and nothing but."

Oh and then he proceeded to go innnnnnnnnnn. "...I was fired from 'American Gods,' there will be no more Mr. Nancy," Jones said in the video. "Don't let these motherf------ tell you they love Mr. Nancy, they don't. "I’m not going to name names but the new Season 3 showrunner is Connecticut-born and Yale-educated, so he’s very smart and he thinks that Mr. Nancy’s angry, get s--t done [attitude] is the wrong message for black America,” the actor said.

I can tell you right now these actors are not being quiet about being fired for shows for racism and sexism. Gabrielle Union is also in the news for being fired from America’s Got Talent for similar reasons, and if you hit up Nick Cannon, he’ll tell you the same.

It’s a shame, this show will not make it without Orlando Jones. This doesn't surprise me, I won’t watch anymore, I’m surprised it got a thirrd season.
