Albany Woman Stole Friend’s Wedding Ring

This chick is the definition of ratchet. A 32 year old from Albany, Brandy Costigan, is accused of taking wedding bands from a bff’s house last year. The rings are worth around $2,000.

The woman is pleading not guilty and is set to appear in court on August 16th. She’s facing charges of second-degree grand larceny.
