Young Thug is being sued for after he failed to show up to spit a verse on a track.

According to TMZ, hip-hop merchandiser, WeThePlugg.com, held a contest on its website that promised the winner a guest feature from Thugger on a song. After paying $5,000 to Young Thug as a down payment towards his $10,000 worth verse, the 23-year-old rhymer was no where to be found.

Not only did he not appear on the track, it seems that he never returned the $5,000. Now, WeThePlugg.com is asking for the money back plus damages for a total of $14,500.

According to Thug's manager, the "Best Friend" rapper was no longer interested with the project.

WeThePlugg.com was not the plug in this case for the contest winner who did the track solo. In any case, Thugger certainly has the cash to pay up. The Atlanta native has been flossing some expensive jewels on Instagram.

Hopefully it'll work out for all parties involved in the future. Also, check out Thugger's expensive pieces below.
