Wiz Khalifa is movin' on up. According to a report from TMZ published Wednesday (Jan. 23), The Taylor Gang head honcho just copped a brand-new Encino, Calif. crib in for a cool $3.4 million, published on Wednesday (Jan. 23).

The new two-story mansion comes with four bedrooms and includes floating stairs, a theater, a 100-bottle wine bar, floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors, a waterfall island outside, a fireplace in the master bedroom and more. It's also a "smart home," so it comes with a built-in alarm system and four cameras installed outside.

The security system makes a lot of since given Wiz's past trouble with robberies. Last summer, would-be thieves attempted to break into Wiz's current home in Bel Air, Calif. while he was on tour. So, the move and the new crib make sense on a few levels, and It doesn't hurt that Wiz will now only be one town over from his son he and Amber Rose's son Sebastian, who lives in Tarzana with Amber.

As for the $3.4 million price tag—that's merely a drop in the bucket for Wiz. Just last month, his colossal 2015 hit "See You Again" was certified Diamond by the RIAA, becoming one of only 25 songs to ever reach the accolade of selling over 10 million units. The video for the track has also surpassed 4 billion views on YouTube, so suffice it to say the checks won't stop rolling in for some time.
