Gina Castelli is retired...from head coaching. A lot of people take small jobs in retirement, so like any retiree who gets a part-time job, Castelli's is just with the UAlbany women's basketball program and Colleen Mullen. So what is her title? She unveils it above as well as detailing the position and many other things in our interview from this morning. Make sure to listen to the executive coach for program development and player relations!

The New York Knicks’ landed a starting point guard without spending a fortune, and by adding Kemba Walker to their roster they can bring Derrick Rose off the bench in a perfect scenario for head coach Tom Thibodeau. If Walker stays healthy and plays the way he’s capable, the Knicks can take the next step in the Eastern Conference. Evan Fournier can knock down three’s and so can Walker. The Knicks’ won’t win the Eastern Conference next season, but they are adding the right pieces which now includes Walker a native of the Bronx whose played some great games at MSG with UConn.

Thank goodness the Yankees got Anthony Rizzo because Joey Gallo fits the model of what the Yankees already have, which is a player who either hits a home run or strikes out. Gallo does walk a lot and he’s a Gold Glove Right Fielder, but at the plate he reminds you of Giancarlo Stanton. I am not a big fan of the trade, and what happens when Gallo strikes out and hears the fans booing at Yankee Stadium? Starling Marte would have been a better choice and could come back to bite them as he is on the A's now.
