The inaugural Panorama Festival hit New York City this weekend taking place on Randall’s Park Island. From the looks of the footage that is leaking out of the event, it is lit. Billed as “three days of music, art, technology, and local food offerings,” it runs from Friday, July 22 through Sunday, July 24.

The lineup on Saturday (July 23), included 2016 XXL Freshman Anderson .Paak and Flosstradamus, but it was Kendrick Lamar who shut it down.

As the headliner of Day 2, K. Dot destroyed his set with a powerful performance on the main stage.

He got the party started with "Untitled 07" from his newest release untitled unmastered., before digging into his bag and grabbing songs from multiple releases including "Alright," "King Kunta" and "M.A.A.D. City." Check out the footage, above.

This is the first year of the fest, but hopefully it wont be the last. The event was put together by producers of the widely successful Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, Goldenvoice, who announced the gathering back in January with high hopes for the event.

“We look forward to bringing Panorama to New York City and introducing a new festival that showcases today’s top music acts,” Goldenvoice festival producer Mark Shulman said in a statement. “We’re committed to creating an event that will provide significant benefits to New York City with the level of experience and meticulous attention to detail for which Goldenvoice is known.”

So far, so good. Sunday's lineup includes Flatbush Zombies, SZA, Run the Jewels and A$AP Rocky.
