Troy Man In Court Over Alleged Teen Attacks

A Troy Man, Joseph Badger, of Sixth Avenue was accused of two accounts of harassing teenage girls. He pleaded not guilty Sept. 15 to all charges, he is due in court today. According to Times Union here is what he is accused of:

In the first, the victim, a 16-year-old girl, said he tried to get her into his truck in an alley behind a Stewart’s at 121st and 5th.

The second incident reportedly happened at 116th and 4th and the victim's mother told us Badger grabbed her daughter from behind -- asked if she'd dated before -- and kissed her on the lips.

Joseph Badger is also facing unrelated Larceny charges which might end up in 4 years in prison for a separate incident. If Joseph is guilty of these charges what should his punishment be ?
