Trina is still one of the baddest around and she's celebrating that with her latest single, "Overnight."

It's been 16 years since the Miami rhymer first emerged with her debut album, Da Baddest Bitch. And now she's reminding fans of the work that she put in to maintain longevity in the game.

While many have only seen the 37-year-old as only "a body and a face," she assures critics that there's much more struggle in her story. "You never see the tears when they roll down my face" rhymes Trina before listing off her woes: "court cases," "promoters wanna sue me," "bitches hating out of spite" and crude comments (although she claims to not read them). Afterwards, she dares listeners to "try and take a walk in my shoes" but then says that she's "destined for greatness" so "ain't no way I can lose." We hear you.

The confident and heartfelt track comes as Trina is gearing up to release her sixth studio album, aptly titled 6.

The Diamond Princess has been getting a lot of love with her latest single as well. "Love the new single boo  You're so fabulous," read a tweet from an adoring fan who also included a heart and diamond emoji with the message. Others have simply placed flame emojis next to the name of the track, giving it a certified status of lit.
