No reason to wait any longer for my preseason prediction. The Giants are going to win the NFC-East because quarterback Daniel Jones will elevate his game in year three, especially with the off season upgrades at the skill positions. Running back Saquon Barkley is on schedule to start week one and if the offensive line can hold up it’s end of the bargain there is no reason why the Giants offense won’t be tops in the division in scoring offense. Dallas has too many holes, and Washington can’t win the division with defense alone. Philadelphia is the worst team, and that leaves the Giants winning the NFC-East in year two under head coach Joe Judge. Dan Graziano from ESPN weighed in on the subject among a lot of other topics around the National Football League. Make sure to listen above!

The AFC East will be more competitive this season then we have seen in quit sometime, but I still like the Buffalo Bills to repeat as Champions. Josh Allen has become one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL and Stephon Diggs is a legitimate go to receiver and it’s an offense that can really put points on the board. And the Bills defense is among the best in the NFL. Buffalo might not win 13 games but they will edge out New England and win the AFC-East. The Miami Dolphins will be in the conversation as well as for the New York Jets, it can't get much worse than what Adam Gase ran there so progress is the key word for Gang Green.
