Most of us love popcorn and especially love eating popcorn when we are watching a movie or having a late night snack. Well according to News 13 eating popcorn may not be so bad after all. In fact there is some health benefits that come from eating popcorn, however it does come down to how the popcorn is actually made.

Most times we think of getting antioxidants from fruits and vegetables, but you can also get a few from popcorn.

It can be an inexpensive snack and a good alternative to items like potato chips. However it does depend on how it’s made and minus all the extra toppings that we oh so love.  But if you love and enjoy eating popcorn here and there it may not be so bad.
