Omarion Announces New Album ‘Sex Playlist’

Omarion teases his forthcoming album, 'Sex Playlist,' with a sexy, new visual.

The Maybach Music Group singer releases a visual set against a song snippet from the album's title cut. The ballad finds Omarion crooning about a lady he wants to take to the bedroom. "Girl, you know why I played this / Girl, this is the sex playlist," he sings. Initially, 'Sex Playlist' was dubbed 'Love & Other Drugs.'

The 29-year-old announced the new project through the website TheSexPlaylist.com.

Maybach O spoke to The Boombox about the album's direction and who he planned to work with last year. "I'm working with Eric Hudson, who did ‘Entourage’ [with me],” he revealed. “And James Fauntleroy [II], who just did one of my new favorite songs with Jay Z and Beyonce, ‘Part II (On the Run).’ James is also a good friend of mine so I’m doing that. But also, I’m currently and still supposed to get in the studio with Pharrell, and I hope that works because I know he’s really busy.”

The album is a follow-up to last year's EP release 'Care Package 2.'
