On the Wu-Tang Clan song "Method Man," Raekwon and Meth detail the many torturous acts they will perform in a creative skit that is equal parts humorous and painful. On Twitter Tuesday (Aug. 2) Lupe Fiasco wasn't quite as graphic, but enacted his own form of cruel and unusual punishment on members of the fan site KanyeToThe when he threatened to start lopping songs off of his upcoming album unless they provide him with one users Twitter information.

"If one of you KTT members gives me Singh94's Twitter so I can block him...ill put an extra song on Drogas," Lupe started with, offering a bit of the carrot before wielding the stick. "Then I start cutting of songs...we at 25 now I'l strip this hoe down to snippets and interludes...it's on y'all." Lupe doesn't provide the exact reason for his demands, the user likely someone who was trolling the rapper, unloading undue criticism or just uploading his music for free. Either way, Lupe makes good on his promise, claiming to remove such songs as "US Places (Lupe Only Version)," "Scream," "Akira" and "Mural Jr." before revealing that it was all one big joke.

Whether this was an example of Lupe having fun with forum loyalists or a stunt to reveal some of the tracklisting for Drogas isn't known, but he certainly turned the heat up on a few fans and detractors alike. He has a history of calling out KTT for posting links to his music, so perhaps this was just some overdue revenge. Peep the since deleted tweets below, and check out Lupe's new single "Pick Up the Phone."
