Kelly Rowland is getting her fans ready for the summer with her breezy dance track, “Gimme Love.” The song is part of the singer’s campaign for her new Seagram’s Escapes signature liquor drinks.

On the piano-driven song, the former Destiny’s Child singer is asking a potential mate to give her “a little love.”

“I got what chu like, boy, ooh come close to me / It’s just you and me as far as I can see / I ain’t see anybody with chu, I want to be invited / ‘Cause it’s the way you’re lookin’ at me that’s got me excited,” she coos.

The song has a little nostalgic feel to it with Rowland transporting listeners back to the '90’s when CeCe Peniston, Crystal Waters and other female R&B acts were ruling the clubs with piano-driven dance hits.

“Gimme Love” is the perfect summer dance anthem. You should expect to hear this song at your next backyard barbecue party with Seagram’s Escapes drinks on deck. See what we did there?
