Justin Bieber Egg Gate May Be a Felony Case, Jailhouse Video Leaks
The L.A. County Sheriff's Department has sent the Egg Gate case to the L.A. County D.A., and it recommends that the singer, 19, be prosecuted for felony for throwing eggs at a neighbor's domicile. Oh, and video from his arrest -- where he has to remove clothes to be searched -- has landed online. But more on that in a second.
Since Egg Gate caused around $20,000 worth of damage, Bieber's house was raided to look for proof. One of the cops wants to nail Biebs. He told TMZ, "I went to the D.A.'s Office today with the paperwork, and I want a felony. Of course I want a felony."
Expect a decision in a week.
Now, below, watch the Biebs being searched in the Miami jailhouse, removing his orange shoes, his socks and his hoodie while he leans over to be searched.
