We saw it coming, but it’s official. After a series of bizarre incidents, Jeremih has been removed from the “Summer’s Over Tour,” his joint trek with PARTYNEXTDOOR.

There’s been some friction between Jeremih and PND on the trek. An insider told Bossip that the “Planes” singer felt that with his seven-year experience in the music game that should have been the headliner over PND.

This revelation was followed by two strange incidents on the tour. Last week, in Houston, a hooded person was performing Jeremih’s songs and prior to that show, Jeremih left the stage after performing two songs.

Things came ahead on last Friday (Dec. 2) at a stop in Dallas, Texas. Jeremih appeared onstage and called out PND. “PARTYNEXTDOOR and his crew are some bitch-ass n----s,” he told the crowd. “Now scream for PARTYNEXTDOOR now. Y’all better cheer for him now. Tell him to press them f---in’ fake-ass buttons.”

Jeremih would later go on his Twitter page to claim that his set may have been sabotaged. “Pepper spray was put in the atmosphere last night on stage while I was performing in Dallas. Surprisingly no blogs picked that up,” he tweeted.

On Sunday (Dec. 4), Live Nation issued a statement (via Pitchfork):

Live Nation’s top priority is helping artists and performers create great shows for their fans. With this in mind, we've decided it's best for the Summer’s Over Tour to continue without Jeremih, effective immediately. After multiple incidents we are left with no other choice. We do not support these actions or take these actions lightly. Ticketholders may request a full refund at point of purchase, which will forfeit access to the entire show. No partial refunds will be issued."

Reps for Jeremih had no comment on the matter. However, the 29-year-old singer went on his Instagram page to celebrate the one-year anniversary of his third effort, Late Nights: The Album, which was released on Dec. 4, 2015.
