The Owners of Stage One Dispensary Had Past Convictions for Cannabis

Owners John Mirsky and Nate Innes who are lifetime friends have both had legal issues with cannabis in the past. New York State offered licenses to those who have had past cannabis convictions. They said,

With our license, we’re allowed to have three stores. So we definitely plan to expand our footprint around the region.
