Bills’ Stadium is Still COVERED in Snow, and Buffalo Fans Don’t Care [PHOTOS]

Some areas of Western New York saw five inches of snow over the weekend, while others saw totals closer to 18 inches. Still, there were other areas where snow accumulation reached 40 inches, or more than three feet.

The bottom line is this: the lake effect snow band absolutely dumped snow on the area surrounding Highmark Stadium over the weekend, and that snow is far from melted. That didn't stop rabid Buffalo Bills' fans from showing up early Monday morning to help shovel the snow, nor has it stopped Bills Mafia from trudging through the snow to their seats for today's playoff game.

Images Captured at Highmark Stadium Show Happy, Snow-Covered Bills' Fans

To paraphrase the motto of the U.S. Postal Service, neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these [Getty Images cameramen] from the swift completion of their appointed rounds.

If there is a professional sports contest happening in America, regardless of the weather, then photographers from Getty Images will be on-site.

That was the case this morning, as their cameramen and women snapped shots of snow-covered Bills' fans, ahead of Buffalo's playoff game against Pittsburgh. Fans gathered at Highmark Stadium this morning to accomplish a few tasks: shovel out the stadium for their beloved team, eat/drink/party in the parking lot, and attend the Bills' playoff game.

No amount of snow was going to interrupt any of those activities, especially the last one.
