One of the most legendary hip hop groups of all time reached a milestone this year. Two thousand thirteen marked 20 years since Bone Thugs-n-Harmony first signed to Eazy-E’s Ruthless Records. Their breakthrough single, Thuggish Ruggish Bone, was released in late 1993.

The group went on to release eight more albums with the most recent being Uni5: The World’s End in 2010. The Cleveland quartet consisting of Krazyie Bone, Wish Bone, Flesh-n-Bone and Bizzy Bone have been highly decorated throughout their historic career. Check the stat sheet:

I’d be shocked if there were someone on the planet who doesn’t have, at least, Crossroads on their iPod. To commemorate 20 years as a group, a group cypher has been released.

They’ll also be celebrating 20 years in hip hop with a very special performance right here in the Capital Region. Bizzy and Flesh are both gonna be throwin’ it down at Red Square in Albany this Saturday night! Keep checking back to Hot991.com and our Facebook page to find out when you can hear my interview with the boys.
