The Best Man Holiday Hits Theaters Today

Seems like yesterday the first Best Man film hit the big screen, but can you believe it's been 14 years! Where has the time gone? So glad they decided to reunite this star studded cast for the remix, The Best Man Holiday which is in theaters today making for a perfect Friday night date night!

This film has some of the sexiest male & female actors in Hollywood. Morris Chestnut, Terrence Howard, Harold Perrineau, Taye Diggs, Nia Long, Monica Calhoun, Sanaa Lathan, Regina Hall, & Melissa De Sousa are back on screen together igniting another talked about romantic comedy for years to come.

The characters lives pick up where the storyline ended & flash forward some years. This time around Sanaa Lathan's character Robyn is pregnant, something Sanaa said was a chore to play due to the heavy weight of the prosthetic belly. Taye Digg's character Harper & Nia Long's character Jordan reconnect their love interest. Lance, played by the handsome Morris Chestnut, has a successful career as a Giants football player married to Mia played by Monica Calhoun.  Shelby, played by Melissa De Sousa was my favorite the first time around with her eccentric personality & she's back & just as crazy as in the first flick.

The chemistry of the cast is rare in Hollywood. The film is due to be just as delightful in this sequel as in the original & word is there is yet another sequel to follow. Hope it we don't have to wait until 2027 for it!  Amen!
