Is Azealia Banks Collaborating with Kanye West?

Azealia Banks has been summoned to the Throne. The Harlem rapper informed her fans on Twitter that Kanye West requested her appearance in Hawaii. “When Kanye West Calls…. You Go To Honolulu,” she tweeted to her followers.

Kanye is currently at his Hawaiian studio adding the final touches to the G.O.O.D. Music compilation ‘Cruel Summer,’ which is due in stores on Sept. 18. There’s no word if Banks will appear on the album, but it would definitely be a good look for her if she is on it.

“The past seven days have really been epic,” Banks wrote on her timeline. “Wow, I get to travel and see the world and rub shoulders with all these really talented people and do all kinds of cool s—. This is funn.” Now that Banks pushed back her debut album ‘Broke with Expensive Taste’ until February 2013, now would be a good time for her to ask Yeezy for some production help.

Not only is Banks possibly collaborating with Kanye, but she’s also could be teaming up with the Mother Monster, herself, Lady Gaga in the near future. Banks dropped a cryptic tweet on Tuesday (Aug. 21) that read, “When Mother Monster calls…,” which was then followed an hour later by a second tweet, “S— is about to get very f—ing real.”

We are not quite sure what to make of her messages, but a Gaga and Banks duet would be a big moment in pop music. Don’t you think?
