Members of the Albany Police Department executed a search warrant in an Albany home. That search warrant resulted in the arrest of four occupants.

Yesterday detectives with the Albany Police Department executed a search warrant around 1:15 p.m. at a house located in the 200 block of Livingston Avenue.

Law-enforcement officials have not indicated what the search warrant was for, but they did report that they were able to recover three handguns in the process. Officers recovered two loaded 9 mm handguns and one loaded .45 caliber handgun. They also recovered 404 g of marijuana.

According to News 6, Four Albany residents were arrested and taken into custody. The arrests are as follows:

Drew Green, 18 years old, was charged with three counts of second-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, three counts of third-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, three counts of Criminal Possession of Marijuana and one count of Tampering with Evidence.

Jahmere Manning, 18 years old, was arrested and charged with three counts of second-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, three counts of third-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, three counts of Criminal Possession of Marijuana and one count of Tampering with Evidence.

Nyzire McCray, 23 years old, was arrested and charged with three counts of second-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, three counts of third-degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, three counts of Criminal Possession of Marijuana and one count of Tampering with Evidence.

Nicholas Higgins, 28 years old, was arrested and charged with three counts of second degree Criminal Possession of a Weapon, three counts of third- degree Criminal Possession of a weapon, three counts of Criminal Possession of Marijuana and one count of Tampering with Evidence.

The three men were arraigned in the Albany Criminal Court today and they all posted bail and were released.
