According to the Times Union:

An Albany County grand jury filed a "no true bill," declining to file charges against police, Albany County District Attorney David Soares said at a news conference Wednesday afternoon.
Soares said a pathologist determined the Taser did not cause Ivy's death but contributed to the stress from the struggle with police that triggered a fatal heart attack.
