A fishy smell is never a good smell unless you’re at a Seafood restaurant – especially when the smell is coming from your pants.

A 41-year-old man from Troy was arrested by police after leaving the Price Chopper on Second Avenue with a three-course meal in his drawers.

According to the Times Union, Henry Holmes Jr. was caught stuffing his underoos with steak and seafood by employees who called the cops.

A brief pursuit came to a halt when the man crashed into a pole. The chase ensued as Holmes fled from the vehicle on foot. Although he was eventually caught, I have to give him an “A” for effort. Running from the police with a London Broil and Swordfish in your boxer shorts can’t be easy.

The hungry thief is facing charges of larceny, speeding, leaving the scene of a property damage accident, unlicensed operation and resisting arrest.
