Actor John C. Reilly is a man of many talents. During an appearance on Sway in the Morning on Nov.7 John showed off one of them when he served up an unexpected freestyle.

While speaking to Sway, John admitted that he was a huge fan of Sugarhill Gang as a kid. After hearing the surprising news, Sway couldn't help but ask John to spit. Backing up his statement, John ended up cruising over Common and Kanye West's "Southside" beat and turned in a pretty entertaining performance.

"I'm with the president/The president's hip and oh so funky/He'll make you move like a disco monkey/You'll silver shake and your back might break/But do it anyhow, see what you can take," he raps.

While Reilly is known has played a variety of roles throughout his acting career. His acting resume includes Step Brothers, Wreck-It Ralph, Guardians of the Galaxy, The Perfect Storm, Days of Thunder and many more. John also performed on the soundtrack to Walk Hard, which he earned a Grammy nomination for. He also played a role in the musical version of the film Chicago.
