The one thing I will say about living in the commonwealth, we have a lot of locally owned restaurants. Especially diners. And I mean a lot of diners! Not only are these eateries popular, but they have been in business for many decades! Or should I say even centuries!
If you're familiar with Massachusetts whatsoever, you know it isn't exactly the biggest piece of land. In fact, when compared to the rest of the states in the U.S., it is the 7th smallest state in the country. The state itself, covers just 10,554.39 square miles. And with that, approximately just 7,800 square miles of that is land (thanks, Atlantic Ocean). Despite that fact, we have some relatively decent sized towns and cities, land-wise. When you think of Massachusetts, it's likely you think of its rich history in Boston. Maybe you will think of all of the historic sports teams from there. Or, perhaps you think of Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard, Salem, Nantucket, etc. But it's a little bit of a stretch to think of any place in Massachusetts as the 'most hippie town' throughout the entire Bay State, right? However, it seems that one particular town in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts has claimed that title.
Massachusetts has much to offer for families including education and an impressive job market but how does the state fare for folks living on social security?

When one thinks of Massachusetts, I don't believe "stupid" or "dumb" is one of the first things that comes to mind. A friend once told me that life comes down to the capable and the incapable and as rough at that can sound, it's reality.
Can you hack it in the real world or can't you...
It's amazing how some new renovations can do wonders for places that could at one time be considered 'an eye sore'. That's exactly what happened for this Massachusetts hotel on the western half of the Bay State, which is now unrecognizable from what it once was...in the absolute BEST way possible.
