T.I. is headed back to television following the final season of his VH1 reality show, T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle. However, this go around, he'll be heading to Fox to star in a new drama series, Atlanta's Most Wanted.

The project comes from Jerry Bruckheimer Television and Tip will not only star in the character-driven police procedural, but will also executive produce. Written by Rodney Barnes of The Boondocks, the show centers on Marcus Armstrong (T.I.), whose father is an infamous criminal and is recruited by the new vice squad to bring down criminals in the city. But Marcus carries a big secret that could completely change his life. Sounds like some fine drama, right? Tip is also excited about the new show.

“I am honored to partner with Fox and Bruckheimer on what is truly a passion project for me," he said, according to Deadline. "It’s going to be amazing to see my city represented in this fashion."

T.I. will be very busy in the television world this upcoming year, as he's also teamed up with Kevin Hart to develop a new comedy series for Showtime called, The Studio, which will chronicle the antics that happen in a music recording studio.

There's no word yet on the exact date for T.I.'s new Fox series.
