Police Arrest A Latham Man For Masturbating On Path To Elementary School

In today's #BLANKSTARENEWS, Police say a male was caught masturbating on the path that runs between the Blue Creek Elementary School and the Shaker Junior High School. The man 23-year-old Frederick Basile of Latham was arrested for public lewdness.

This is allegedly his second time this year getting caught doing something like this. I don't understand why he was even given a second chance ? I also don't get why out of the places in the world to pleasure your self why would he pick a path that leads to an elementary school. There are some sick people out here watch your children. What should be an appropriate punishment for people who commit crimes like this ?

Frederick Basile was arraigned in Colonie Justice Court and was remanded to the Albany County Correctional Facility in lieu of $5000.00 bail. His next court appearance is scheduled for a later date.
